I’ve forgotten my memorable word and my mobile number has changed or was entered incorrectly. Can I reset it another way or update my number?
We don’t have access to the personal details you provided when registering, so unfortunately we can’t reset your memorable word or change your saved phone number.
If you’ve forgotten your memorable word and can’t reset it, we recommend deleting your Credit Club account and registering again. You can request this by emailing us at creditclub@moneysavingexpert.com.
