Over recent days we've had some reports from Credit Club members having trouble reconfirming their details when logging back into their account on the 'Check my details' page.
Our techies are working hard to investigate the problem and hopefully they’ll be able to come up with a fix soon. Unfortunately this seems to impacting some but not all users and it is providing difficult to track down the root cause.
In the meantime, it might be worth trying a couple of tips which may help to overcome the problem.
1) Try a different browser or device – we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome.
2) Try clearing the cookies on your device.
3) Try clearing the cache on your device.
Hopefully this bug will be squashed shortly.
